We at Greenback Health (“Greenback Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) recognize the privacy of your information is important. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes our practices regarding the information collected from you or that you may provide via our websites, applications, mobile applications, services, content, or products made available by Greenback Health (collectively, the “Site”). This Privacy Policy also explains our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing such information. This Privacy Policy applies only to information that is collected via the Site. It does not apply to information collected offline or otherwise outside of the Site.

BY USING OUR SITE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND THE ACCOMPANYING TERMS OF USE. In the event any terms of this Privacy Policy conflict with the terms of your healthcare provider’s Notice of Privacy Practices, your healthcare provider’s Notice of Privacy Practices overrides the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We are active on, and encourage you to read, share, follow us, and provide commentary through social media services including but not limited to Facebook®, Twitter®, Instagram®, and LinkedIn® (“Social Media”). Please remember that content posted on Social Media is for general informational purposes only, should not be considered medical advice, and should not replace a consultation with your healthcare or financial professional. Anything you post on Social Media is public information and will not be treated confidentially. We may post or re-post on the Site and our Social Media pages any comments or content that you post on our Social Media pages. YOU AGREE TO HOLD GREENBACK HEALTH HARMLESS AND WITHOUT LIABILITY FOR THE RESULTS OF ANY AND ALL CONTENT YOU POST ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA. We are not responsible for the terms of use and privacy policies that govern these third-party websites.

The Sites may have links to other external websites and applications. We are not responsible for the content, data collection, or privacy practices of those linked websites and applications. We recommend you review the privacy policies of all external websites and applications.

Retention of Personal Information

We will retain your Personal Information only for as long as it serves the purpose(s) for which it was originally collected as stated in this Privacy Policy, subsequently authorized by you, to comply with legal obligations, contractual requirements, or as required under applicable law. After such time periods have expired, we may either delete your Personal Information or retain it in a form such that it does not identify you personally.

Your Rights

You may manage your receipt of marketing emails by using the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any Greenback Health marketing email. Children

Greenback Health does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13 through the Site. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help us enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide information through the Site without their permission.
